My Story

AGE: 4 months WEIGHT: 4.5 lbs Whitaker was a surrender. YOU MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION ONLINE: PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. HOW TO ADOPT: THIS PUPPY IS NOT in the shelter, and you MUST submit an application to [email protected] to get the process started. Go to: www.smallmiraclesrescue.org and click "How to Adopt". There you will find the dog/puppy application available for download. The more information you provide, the faster the process is for all of us. Once you are approved to adopt we will schedule an appointment to see the puppy in person and you will be allowed to take it home that day. DUE TO THE EASE OF OUR ADOPTION PROCESS, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT RIGHT NOW AND ARE COMMITTED TO THE LEVEL OF CARE A PUPPY REQUIRES. IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO ADOPT, we totally understand - just wait to apply until you are ready. Our puppies are typically placed less than 72 hours after the application is submitted (ex: an application submitted on a Thurs could be approved and the puppy sent home as early as Saturday). Make sure to note in the email subject line which puppy you are interested in. I will take back up applications for every puppy in the event an adoption falls through. Adoption Fee Broken Down: Before our puppies are available for adoption, they will always be spayed or neutered, vaccinated (Distemper, Bordetella, Rabies if age appropriate), dewormed, and stool sample checked for parasites. Adoption fee for our puppies is $375, an additional $40 for a microchip and registration and an additional small discounted amount for a 3 month supply of heartworm preventative, priced at $25, for a TOTAL of $440.
