My Story
(The fine print): If after reading White Wilow's adoption listing in full, you’d like to make this wonderful pup a part of your family, please visit www.sanctuaryrescue.com and fill out an adoption questionnaire under the “forms” tab. Unfortunately, we don't receive any inquiries sent through the Petfinder system, so the only way to be considered for adoption is to fill out the adoption questionnaire on our website. If a dog’s listing is still up on Petfinder, then we’re still accepting adoption questionnaires/applications for them. Once a dog has been adopted, we will immediately remove their adoption listing. (The good part): This lovely lady is 6 months old. She's still a puppy, but all of the hard stages are over! Willow is housetrained, crate trained, is making progress with leash manners, and is a quick learner. Willow is dog friendly and full of energy. She hasn't met any cats in rescue but doesn't seem to have a high prey drive. Willow's playful and fun, loves to go for walks and would make a great running buddy. Of course, as an adolescent pup, she needs her daily exercise but also enjoys lounging around after a long day of fun.
Foster mom says, "Willow is goofy and snuggly and very smart. She wants to please and learn. She loves showing you toys but doesn't like playing tug. She loves fetching her toys and chewing on bones. She will act like she hates napping and wants to be awake all the time, but she does actually love a good nap and gets cranky without them. Willow also has a killer overbite that makes her look like Zero from the Nightmare Before Christmas or Santas Little Helper from the Simpsons."
Her breed estimate is a total question mark for us. Our best guess is that she's a magical mutt, a Heinz 57 if you will...What we can tell you with certainty is that Willow is healthy, happy, adorable, and 100% good pup.
White Willow's adoption fee is $350, which includes up to date vaccinations, spay, and microchip.
