She’s sweet, she’s tender, and she’s longing for someone who will kneel down beside her and whisper, “You’re safe now.” Once upon a time, Wiggles lived with another dog. But somewhere along the way, fear crept in, and now new dogs make her nervous. Still, we believe in her — that with patience, kindness, and a soft place to land, this fragile girl will bloom.
