Meet Willie! A stray mother was discovered and subsequently gave birth to Willie and his 2 sisters at a private residence in the cold. The homeowner graciously offered assistance to ensure the puppies received proper care. Their mama has been adopted by the homeowner and now it’s time to help fine these pups their forever homes ! Willie is currently 9 weeks old and roughly 6lbs. He is estimated by our vet to be a Aussie/dachshund mix. Willie will be UTD on all vaccines, Microchipped, & UTD on Heartworm/Flea/Tick prevention. The adoption fee is $100 and includes age appropriate vaccines (DAPP with boosters, Bordetella, Rabies if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter *if old enough, flea & heart worm prevention while in our care, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a collar or harness, treats & squeaky toy. Most of our puppies will come with their next round of routine dewormer. We facilitate adoptions across the US from Houston, Tx. for a small additional fee $200 which includes a health certificate by a licensed vet deeming the pup healthy for travel. Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on licensed transport vehicles. Puppies too young for spay/neuter at the time of adoption will be required to be spay/neutered at 6 months at the adopter's expense. The microchip will be transferred to adopter at this time. The adoption fee for this pet will enable us to finance our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Many of our rescue dogs have high medical expenses. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals as possible out of south Texas, where there is a severe pet overpopulation crisis. Adoption fees are non-refundable. We are an animal welfare organization, and we do our best to estimate the breed & age based on our vets experience and research.
