Winter

Winter is a sweet, zippy, and quirky girl; as soft as polar fleece and absolutely full of charm. At just 5 months old and 26 pounds, she’s a fabulous puppy who’s already making a great impression. She is shy in new situations at first, but quickly learns that she is safe and starts coming out of her shell. Her foster family says that she has mastered the art of couch snuggling already :) Winter was found abandoned at the end of a road, and a Good Samaritan saved her and got her to the rescue. She’s great with other dogs and cats so far, and we think she’s a border collie mix. True to her potential breed, she seems to have plenty of energy and might even be an agility prospect. Or a running buddy? Our adoption fee is $495.00 and includes your dog's spay/neuter, UTD vaccines and deworming that are age appropriate, rabies and microchip. Meet and greets are only scheduled with an approved application, and no application will be processed if incomplete. You must fill out an application to help achieve our goal of finding permanent, responsible and loving homes for the animals in our care. Our adoption process consists of a completed and approved application which includes photo(s) of your home, a personal reference and a vet reference if other pets are currently in the home. All applications must be completed in entirety to be considered. Applications are not approved on a first come first served basis, but rather on which home is best suited for the animal. We rely solely upon adoption fees and donations to continue our mission to rescuing the abused, abandoned and neglected animals of our communities.
