? Meet Zero! ? This awesome 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix is one of the happiest pups you’ll ever meet! Zero greets everyone with a big grin and extra wiggly tail wags. Weighing in at 40-45 pounds, he’s the perfect size for any home, especially if you love to play! Zero is still learning the ropes when it comes to walking on a leash. He didn’t get much practice before coming to the shelter, but he’s catching on quickly! His first few walks went well, and he just needs a little reassurance to keep moving. Zero came in with a female dog, so it’s believed he could do well with another female in his new home. He’s been trying to make friends with one other male dog at the shelter, but slow and proper introductions to any males will be important. This happy boy has spent his life outdoors, so he’s now discovering the joys of soft beds and having his own space. Potty training will be new for him, so patience is key while he adjusts to indoor life and learns all the new house rules. Zero can be a bit of a jumper when he’s excited, so setting boundaries early on will help him succeed—and keep you scratch-free!
