Zila is a loving and resilient kelpie mix looking for her forever home. Despite losing a leg after being hit by a car, she has adapted wonderfully and gets around with ease. Her playful spirit shines through as she enjoys playing ball and engaging in a good game of chase with other dogs. Zila is also well-behaved and trained-she's both crate and potty trained, making her a great companion in the home. She knows the command sit & would easily be trainable for more commands. Walking on a leash is no challenge for her, as she's confident and calm during walks.
When it comes to interacting with other dogs, Zila is definitely an "in your face" kind of dog. She loves to play and can be very energetic, making her a great playmate for other active dogs. However, she would also do really well as an only dog, especially in a home where a meet and greet with other dogs isn't possible. Zila is available in Texas and would thrive in a home that can match her energy or give her the solo attention she deserves.
