My Story

Meet Zoe! Zoe is an 8-year-old Lab/Rottie mix with a heart full of love and energy to share. She's been through a tough start in life, abandoned by her previous owner and left severely underweight. Thankfully, a kind neighbor began caring for her and reached out for help. Now, Zoe is thriving, gaining weight, and ready to find her forever home! Zoe is: * Good with other dogs: She's social and has never shown aggression. * Playful and active: Zoe's favorite thing in the world is playing with a ball--she'll happily do it all day if you let her! * Well-trained: She's potty trained, spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on all her shots. * A good listener: Zoe knows how to calm down when asked, but she's happiest when she's playing or spending time with her people. Zoe is still learning not to jump up, so a home without small children or elderly individuals would be ideal while she works on her manners. Her behavior with cats is unknown. Zoe's resilience and joyful spirit make her a truly special dog. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and playful companion, Zoe might be the perfect match for you!
