Meet Zoey, a 3-year-old spayed female Border Collie mix, weighing in at 42 pounds.
Zoey is the complete package: she's house-trained, crate-trained, and even prefers to sleep in her crate at night. True to her Border Collie roots, she's incredibly smart and agile, mastering commands and eager to keep learning. Zoey's active nature makes her an excellent hiking or running companion, and she’s always up for an adventure. She rides well in the car, showing no signs of anxiety.
Zoey gets along well with male and female dogs her size, although larger dogs can be intimidating for her. Given her herding instincts, she's not suitable for homes with cats or other small animals.
The ideal home for Zoey would be with an active family or individual who enjoys including her in their outdoor activities. She would thrive with older children who respect her space and enjoy playing and running with her. Zoey would also do well with an active couple or single person. While she loves to be on the move, she’s equally content to relax and cuddle once the day winds down. It's important that her future family understands the Border Collie breed and can meet her energetic needs.
Zoey is up-to-date on all her vaccinations and is heartworm negative.
