She is unable to use her left rear leg and has incontinence issues. She doesn't appear to be in any pain. She needs a rescue with the resources to assist with her medical needs. Zoey is a prime example of what happens to a lot of back-yard breeder dogs. She came into the shelter as a stray and was transferred to a rescue group that failed her. Animal Control had to step in and bring her back to the shelter. It is safe to say Zoey has not had the best of life and has been through a lot in her two years. Zoey is loving and sweet and wants to be with her people. She is good with other dogs and enjoys off leash doggy playgroups. She is good with respectful children, cats and other small animals.
