My Story

There’s a silly goose on the loose and her name is Zoie! Zoie was found as a stray, and sadly, no one came forward to claim her. But their loss turned out to be our greatest gain—this sweet girl has brought so much joy into our lives! Zoie is the perfect mix of playful energy and cozy calm. If you’re looking for a fun-loving cuddle buddy, she’s your girl! She adores romping around the yard with her favorite humans and doggy pals, especially when there’s a game of tug-o-war or tag involved. But once the fun is over, she’s more than happy to curl up for a quiet nap. This affectionate little lady is all about the snuggles. She loves climbing into your lap, showering you with kisses, and simply being close. Come and meet this little lady today! It’s impossible not to fall for her—she’s just that sweet! Visit STAF.org for more information on our adoption process. *** Email [email protected] for next steps! *** • All of our animals are spayed/neutered and current on shots. • We do not do same-day adoptions. You will be asked to return for at least one follow-up visit, then take the dog home for a trial period before officially adopting. • You must be 21 years or older to adopt from STAF. • Due in part to increasing coyote activity/incidents in the area and the difficulty of predicting how a dog will respond to invisible fence training, we can not adopt to homes with invisible fences. • We do request vet and personal references. • We can facilitate adoptions within a 30-mile radius of our Cincinnati-based shelter
