Meet Zuko! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 1/21, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Zuko is now keeping his paws crossed for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Zuko as super sweet and fun-loving! He has stunning blue eyes and the softest coat! Zuko is also very athletic and strong on leash so he could use a refresher course on his leash-walking skills. Huskies are adventurous and inquisitive by nature, and they tend to be escape artists when left unattended in the yard. Please make sure you do a little research on the breed before adopting so you know what to expect. If you're looking for an active running/hiking buddy, Zuko is your guy! Zuko is approximately 3 years old, and he weighs 55 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained.
